The Business Development Executive is essential for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through various lead generation methods.
  • Develop relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand the company’s presence.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay competitive.
  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
