As a Customer Experience Intern, you will play a key role in supporting customer interactions across various communication channels. You will assist in addressing customer inquiries, tracking feedback, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. This internship provides hands-on experience in enhancing customer experiences within the tourism and car rental sectors.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Support customer interactions through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Track and analyze customer feedback and suggestions to contribute to improving overall satisfaction.
- Participate in daily monitoring of customer inquiries and provide timely updates to ensure effective handling.
- Contribute to creating comprehensive reports on customer feedback and emerging trends.
- Assist in ensuring a seamless customer journey by working with various departments.
- Engage in additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required by the Customer Experience Department.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with communication tools and platforms is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Willingness to work at Langkawi Island.
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Previous work experience is not required.
