AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Assisting the Operations team in coordinating and executing various tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
• Learning to manage inventory levels and monitor stock movement, collaborating with relevant departments.
• Supporting the team in analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Participating in the planning and execution of projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
• Learning about quality control processes and assisting in ensuring products meet established standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement solutions.
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of standard operating procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in operational processes, logistics, and project management.
• Willingness to work at our location in Langkawi Island, Kedah.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
• Previous experience is not mandatory but would be advantageous.
